Euronext has set up a new technology service center in Porto to manage IT operations and development, security and finance in conjunction with existing Paris based teams.

The individual will join an existing EU Change Management team, a liaise with colleagues in Paris.

The scope of this role will include:

  • Assist change requesters in consistent and quality change planning, advise teams on any missing/required information needed to assess/manage changes;
  • Assist Operational teams in resource planning; Develop and manage a forward planning method;
  • Ensure all necessary supporting documentation is accurate and available on SharePoint (ITIL change policies, processes and procedures);
  • Prepare for CABs, organising any associated review/preparation meetings;
  • Ensure Post Implementation Reviews, and especially Changes that caused Incidents, are proactively ascertained and documented in line with KPI goals;
  • Prioritise all relevant improvement requests, in agreement with the team's drives;
  • Contribute and make recommendations for tool and process improvements, reporting on the success of all improvement records;
  • Generate regular Reports, perform analysis for any change stats required including weekly KPI reports;
  • Drive improvements across all relevant KPIs;
  • Participate and contribute to Operational Readiness for new product launches.

Perfil ideal


  • Good general understanding of IT technology;
  • Articulate in written and verbal communication and capable of translating technical detail into business understandable language;
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills, confident to hold customer meetings; can act as mediator in confrontations;
  • Clear understanding of the way the IT support organisation or IT vendor operates;
  • Ability to quickly absorb new technology knowledge.


  • ITIL foundation preferred;
  • Knowledge of Euronext products and technology;
  • Knowledge of Financial Markets.
