As Senior Team Leader of the Group Cost Allocation & Simulation Solutions team, your objectives are to maintain and constantly improve the KAPLAN tool in order to cover the end-users needs while complying with the Group Core Model for Cost Allocation.

Your main responsibilities are to:

  • Manage and coordinate a team of business analysts and support officers (~ 8 people)
  • Handle the operating budget of the team (planning, recruiting, reporting)
  • Ensure proper functional analysis and process definition of KAPLAN tool in line with the Group Core Model
    • Capture business requirements, propose the most adequate solution and prepare functional specifications
    • Define testing procedures and plans, and organise tests
  • Manage projects, tools enhancements and handle complex major incidents
  • Coordinate the release management calendar and do planning follow up with IT department
  • Supervise all production and support activities and ensure operational continuity of activities during critical periods (e.g. quarterly and annual closing, budget preparation)
  • Prepare and participate to governance committees with IT, Finance, and the businesses

Perfil ideal

  • Master's degree in Finance/IT
  • Minimum 5 years of experience Business Analyst managing and maintaining Finance tools
  • Excellent understanding of Cost Controlling and analytical accounting is a plus
  • Experience using ESSBASE, Smartview, or other similar multi-dimensional database
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate)
  • Fluent in French (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Project management methodology
  • Leadership & coaching skills
  • Strong communication skills (both orally and writing)
  • Willing to learn and to explore new domains in a fast changing environment while working with international locations
  • Available to travel abroad
