Our client is a global service provider in Finance and Human resources End-to-End processes - alongside a highly qualified Information Services (IS) team of professionals.

Descrição da oferta

To integrate a multicultural team providing support to all IS requests in several languages.

To provide support to all employees in all IS Application related questions providing the 1st level of support and work in partnership with the IS service provider teams.

Catch, categorise, prioritise, translate and monitor all requests from creation to closure.

Produce and deliver periodical key indicators.

The contract includes initial training.

Perfil ideal

Native or fluent in one or more languages as French, German, Italian and Spanish.

Fluent in English;

College Degree level;

Customer service oriented;

Basic analytical skills;

Good communication and writing skills;

Team player, open minded for a multicultural environment;

Ability to meet deadlines and tight delivery timings;

SAP and IT knowledge is a plus.
