Your main responsibilities will be:
Data entry within the company's database;
Elaborate accurate reports for internal purposes;
Single point of contact between brokers and customers;
Administrative duties inherent to the role;
Quote preparations and renewal of the existing policies.
The ideal candidate will have:
BA Degree in Administration or similar;
Experience in Administrative roles;
Experience within the Insurance area will be considered a plus;
English fluent or native speaker;
Dynamic and outgoing personality;
Ability to manage priorities and perform multiple tasks at once;
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail;
Excellent opportunity to integrate a growing multinational.
