Mercedes-Benz is implementing a Network Assistance Center based in Portugal that will provide after-sales services for the MB Dealers’ Network in 15 different countries across Europe. The Network Assistance Center will offer 1st level support to Mercedes Benz Retailers, for after-sales matters of the passenger car business unit, providing a wide range of services. The 15 countries are Italy, Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Denmark, UK and Greece.
Today, Mercedes-Benz is considered the most successful brand in the automobile sector. Its technical perfection, quality guidelines and diverse legendary cars, like the 300 SL Gullwing, are one of a kind. Mercedes is one of the most prestigious and well-known brands in the world and its star has become the most famous car logo.
Being the first automobile manufacturer, Daimler, the Group Mercedes-Benz belongs to, established a Board of Management for Juridical Integrity Affairs, in 2011. The diverse initiatives organized by this board have been implementing an integrity culture, which promotes ethics not just among the Group’s employees but also to their business partners and providers, establishing a permanent dialogue among the different players.
